If you are passionate about email marketing, marketing and technology, you can be part of our blog as a Guest Author.  We have taken the decision to open our space to allow more people to share their experiences and knowledge with our community.

Guide to participate as a guest author

Before we begin we want to share some important details that you should keep in mind.

  • First of all, we want to make it clear that we do not make or receive any kind of payment for our blog posts. We just want to provide a space for the community to share important information.
  • At Viewed we value mutual collaboration. Therefore, we give priority to those authors who wish to contribute with us by opening a space in their own community to talk about our technology.
  • Every week we receive a lot of articles from brands and content creators who want to collaborate with us. As a result, our response time can take anywhere from 10 to 20 days. But don’t worry, we carefully read every article we receive and will get back to you as soon as possible!
  • It is important to note that not all articles are published on our blog. Only those that meet our terms and conditions and are relevant to our community. We make sure to maintain high standards of quality and relevance to provide our readers with the best possible content.
  • We do not make corrections. If an article does not meet our requirements, it will not be published. If we feel your article can be improved, we will let you know.
  • We reserve the right to include information about our brand if the content of your article is related to our technology.

Guidelines for writing the content

1. Choice of topic

  • In our blog we are open to any topic related to: Email marketing, Video Marketing, Digital Marketing and AI applied to marketing.
  • The topic you choose must be relevant and up to date. We want to make sure that our readers have access to the latest and most useful information to improve their strategies.

2. Keyword

  • You are free to choose the keyword you consider most appropriate for your content, as long as it has at least 35 searches per month.
  • Remember that the keyword must be present in the title, in the body of your article and in the meta description.

3. Writing and content

  • We believe that a good blog article should be at least 1,500 words long and should contain only valuable information.
  • The content you provide must be original and not have been previously published elsewhere.  We will not accept translations from other websites.
  • Avoid plagiarism and ensure that any information used is properly cited.
  • We suggest that you approach your article with a problem-solution perspective – put yourself in our readers’ shoes and offer them solutions with clear and concrete examples!
  • Check your spelling before submitting your article.
  • We will not publish advertising texts. If you want our audience to get to know your platform or marketing tool, you should do it in a natural and informative tone.

4. Links

  • It is possible to include up to one follow link to other articles or web pages.
  • You can include nofollow links that are not related to the topic you are dealing with.

5. Graphics

  • Don’t worry about the cover image for your article, our team will design it for you.
  • It is important that the images you include in your content are copyright free.
  • Send the images in .webp format through a wetransfer link included in the email. It is also important that you send them embedded within the article so we can identify where they should be placed.
