Viewed automatically hosts and creates different formats of your video to deliver the ideal format to each of your recipients according to the device, operating system and email provider they use.

Views are the number of times your users have seen the preview of your video within the email and/or the full video. If your users do not open the email, there are no views and therefore no view consumption.

At Viewed we know the challenge of sending an email and having it land directly in the inbox of your subscribers or customers. That’s why we have developed a series of new features that will help you create real video email marketing campaigns, overcoming the filters and privacy policies of the different email providers. Your users will receive the ideal format of your video in silence with a duration of 10 to 30 seconds, depending on the plan you have contracted with us. We have proven that with this strategy you will awaken the curiosity of your subscribers, increase interaction and improve your conversion rate.

Since the iOS 15 update and privacy policies, all videos within the email maintain an Autoplay + mute behaviour, allowing the user to make the decision to watch the full video with audio. This playback mode is generating better email marketing results for our clients, helping to increase CTR, conversions, web traffic and sales.

We have developed a number of features to help you create more effective video email marketing campaigns. You will now be able to configure the different video experiences your users will receive to get the results you are looking for. Viewed is designed to create professional email marketing campaigns, so it only supports corporate email addresses or email addresses with their own domain.
